How do I pay?
Orders are prepaid only. Send your bag to us, and we reply with the total and a UPI or payment link. Your order is packed once payment is in.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 5-7 days across India. Delivery is ₹100, and free on orders above ₹1,000.
Can I get a custom colour or fabric?
Yes. Add a note with the colour or print you want, or send a reference photo, and we'll tell you what's possible.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, international orders are taken over DM. Shipping is quoted by country.
Returns?
As every piece is handmade and prepaid, we don't take returns. If something arrives damaged, message us with an unboxing video.
